The vast majority of hardware related faults can be fixed, by either repairing the item that has failed, or replacing it in its entirety.

Some devices have limited repair options due to the manufacturer of said device making certain components non-removable, or requiring specialist equipment to do so.

Our diagnostic fee is up to £25 and is reclaimable against the cost of any repairs carried out.

Work is charged as time slots with a maximum price cap.
