Some devices have limited repair options due to the manufacturer of said device making certain components non-removable, or requiring specialist equipment to do so.

Our diagnostic fee is up to £25 and is reclaimable against the cost of any repairs carried out.
Work is charged as time slots with a maximum price cap.
We also have a no fix, no fee policy. So if we diagnose a fault but are unable to fix it, we don't charge you the repair cost.
